Summer is in full swing, which means that a lot of very useful fruits, berries and vegetables are growing now. You must use them in order to saturate the body with vitamins, strengthen the immune system. But also do not ignore the possibility to improve the skin due to the external effects of quality, natural products. 1. Strawberry mask. It should be noted that the masks of berries have an excellent refreshing, purifying and nutritional effect. Also have a light bleaching effect. A strawberry mask is suitable for all skin types. Especially relevant will be for dry skin, which suffers from a feeling of tightening, peeling.
To create a miracle mask, you need to wipe strawberries with honey
(make sure you do not have allergies to ingredients) or with any
nutritious cream. Apply on the skin and stand for 20 minutes, then remove it with a cotton pad soaked in cool water.
2. Mask of apples. Includes minerals and vitamins that rejuvenate, smooth, nourish and lightly whiten the skin. Pre-peel the apple from the peel and grate it on a small thermo, so that you get a consistency of gruel. Add the milk. This mixture is heated for five minutes, cool a little and put on your face. Soak for 20 minutes, then rinse with cool water or a herbal decoction. After the procedure, apply a softening cream on the skin. For better effect this mask should be done regularly - 2-3 times a week.
3. Mask of tomatoes. It will perfectly cleanse your pores, and also contribute to their narrowing. Rub the flesh of the tomato, add a little starch and 3-4 drops of vegetable oil. The resulting mixture is applied to the face and leave for 15-20 minutes. After this time, wash off the mask from the face with boiled water. You will get noticeable effect through 10-15 such procedures.
4. The mask of cucumber and olive oil will also help to cope perfectly with the clogging of pores on the face. All you need to do is grate half a cucumber in a small grater, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of boiled water. Apply the mixture on the skin, hold for 10 minutes, and then rinse with cool water. After the mask, apply face cream.

5. Perfectly moisturizes your skin mask from cucumber and oatmeal. It is very simple to manufacture. You need to grind the cucumber and oatmeal in a blender to the state of gruel. 6. Mask of carrots. It will perfectly tone up, give light skin a light tint. Perfectly suitable for normal skin. Rub carrots on the smallest grater. Mix with protein from egg, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the mixture. Apply the mixture on the neck and face, hold for 10-15 minutes.
7. Extremely simple apricot mask, which does not require the inclusion of other components. It is enough to apply 2-3 peeled ripe apricots to the skin. This mask nourishes, tones normal skin.
