My Experience with Tom Ford Bronzing Powder Terra:

If you have been a regular reader of IMBB, you’d know that I am a huggee fan of Tom Ford Makeup. I have pretty much tried everything from Tom Ford makeup line and honestly, I can’t get enough of it.
I have a couple of bronzers in my kitty. And I love using them. I love the warm earthiness that bronzers have. They add that little sunkissed look to the skin. But the right shade of bronzer is important. Some turn out to be too orange, some are too shimmery while some are just too dark for everyday use.
This Tom Ford Bronzing Powder Terra is everything you’d want in your bronzer.
First, the texture is like a dream. It almost feels creamy to touch but it is a powder. It does not have any shimmer to it but it is not flat matte as well. The color is slightly on the pinkish brown side that prevents it from looking too muddy or orangey. It is neither too cool toned nor too warm toned. It’s a good balance I feel. It’s like that perfect soft brown shade with that would give a little lift to your complexion.
The packaging is stunning. It is a huuuuge bronzer coloured compact. The inside has a big mirror and a golden casing. The pan has a soft clasp lock on the front that keeps the pan from opening. But since the pan is so huge, I never end up carrying it with me. Now they have started retailing the bronzer in smaller pans as well, which I think is quite a relief. But very glam!

It goes on like a dream on skin. Does not go patchy or streaky and stays put for good 7-8 hours. Pretty much all day long.
The color is slightly lighter for me so I have to build it up but it builds up beautifully. It totally melts with the skin and you cannot actually figure out of you have used a powder or a cream.The powder is THAT finely milled.
The color is very similar to NARS Laguna Bronzer but NARS laguna is more pigmented than this one. With Terra you have to build it up bit by bit. I think it’s amazing because you cannot go overboard with it that way.
Not a single fault. Just perfection.:)
