Hair loss, dandruff, dry split ends - winter is just some scourge for our curls! Every time this happens, I'm just going crazy to at least somehow stop or at least reduce my losses. How much was spent nerves, until a simple and effective algorithm for combating seasonal problems was discovered. I gladly share with you my findings, so do not let this problem torment you any more! You will finally understand that hair can be beautiful and healthy at any time of the year.
1. Frequent combing
As soon as the seasonal molt shows its ugly face, grasp the massage brush or comb and begin to use it as often as possible. Even we, ladies with wavy and curly hair, will have to reconsider their relationship with the comb. I know, frequent combing electrifies your hair and makes it look like a fluffy dandelion, but this is the only way to get rid of dead hair that is stuck in the mass of the living and heavies the hair, creating problems for healthy hairs. I usually comb my hair twice a day: morning and evening, and do it in different directions at least 100 times. I will share with you a secret, how after this useful procedure quickly restore my curly locks. Just moisten your hands and run them into your hair a few times. Either sprinkle the hair with water from the atomizer and then remember with your hands how you normally form your curls. Allow 15 minutes for the curls to dry out and form into curls. All the hair is ready!

2. Leave hair loose
The most useful for hair - to be in a free state. Every time you tighten them with an elastic band or hairpins, you injure curls, tighten hairs, obstruct the circulation of blood around the hair follicles. All this aggravates the seasonal problems. Your stylish tails, bunches, braids do not allow free release of dead hairs, they become tangled with healthy ones and, when combed, cling to them, traumatizing and pulling after them.

3. Avoid heavy styling products
The next item on my list will be the rejection of the fastening means of strong fixation. All this confuses the hair, prevents them from breathing and is freed from the already fallen dead hair, which sticks to the living and traumatises them when combing and washing their heads.

In addition to hair loss, in winter we are overcome by another misfortune - dandruff. Of course, you know, there are special therapeutic shampoos and products that quickly and effectively cope with this trouble. But, unfortunately, not all and not always can use them. So, I, for example, have an allergy to them, and they are contraindicated to my pregnant friend. If you are one of us, you will be helped by a mask of heated burdock oil, which is recommended to be applied once a week for half an hour. Apply warm oil to the scalp, wrap it with a towel, after 30 minutes, wash the head with shampoo. The mask effect will strengthen rinsing with herbal infusion, which can be made from flowers of chamomile and calendula, which have antiseptic effect.

5. Do not overdry
An additional load on the hair creates dry air, created by central heating batteries. To moderate the atmosphere in the room, use humidifiers. The optimum humidity in the room should be at least 40-60%. If you use a hair dryer to dry your hair, you harm them even more. I spent a lot of effort to find the best haircut for my hair, which now fit perfectly without a hairdryer and extra funds. To look good, it's enough to just wash my head and dry my hair in a natural way. This is the best I could do for my curls. I am sure that you, too, will be able to find the best hairstyle for your hair, believe me, the result is worth it.

6. Nourish the hair
In winter, the hair needs additional make-up. I will share my favorite recipe for a nutritious mask, which I do once a week or bi-weekly, depending on the condition of the hair. Soak the crumb of black bread in kefir, warm the mask for 20 minutes on a warm, but not hot water bath, make sure that the yogurt does not curdle in the cottage cheese. Apply the mask to the roots of the hair and spread the entire length. Heat the head with a towel, hold it for 30 minutes. Rinse with shampoo and rinse with a decoction of chamomile. The effect after this mask is as if you just visited an expensive beauty salon: the hair is silky, shiny, soft and obedient. It seems as if they were imbued with unknown energy. In truth, this is my favorite mask! Sometimes, for the sake of variety, I add an egg, or a tablespoon of honey, or a pair of cloves of garlic or a teaspoon of onion juice into this mask. All this is incredibly useful and stimulates hair growth. Try and you pamper your hair, they will be very grateful to you for such care.

7. Eat right.
An important point for the health and beauty of your hair is proper nutrition. In the summer our diet is saturated with vitamins, but winter meets us with a sharp change of menu: many products that love our hair disappear from it. As soon as the body lacks the vitamins it needs, it immediately affects the health of our hair. It is known that hair most like B vitamins, especially biotin, zinc, iron, selenium. To ensure that hair does not suffer from the lack of certain micro and macro elements, it is best to take a complex multivitamin preparation, specifically designed to maintain the health of our hair. Of course, starting to take such a drug is best before seasonal problems appear. But if you have not yet started to drink vitamins, it's time to do it right now!
